Stacy Reynolds has built her career in administrative work — more than 20 years of it. Those years bring a particular kind of understanding: that an organization's reputation often rests on details most people never see. A meeting that starts on time with the right materials. An invoice that goes out when it should. A record that can be found in seconds. An event where every vendor arrives ready.

In February 2024, Stacy officially established SJR Solutions to bring that experience to small businesses, entrepreneurs, nonprofits, churches and community organizations — teams that need reliable administrative expertise but don't need, or aren't ready for, a full-time employee.

Her focus is simple: be the dependable support behind the scenes, so the people she works with can stay focused on their business and their mission.
